1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Maghgo platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Transaction Fees and the 0% Fee Model

Maghgo is proud to offer a 0% transaction fee model for eligible merchants under the Verified System. The following rules apply:

  • 0% transaction fees are available only to Silver, Gold, and Black tier members.
  • "Transaction fee" refers to Maghgo's platform fee. Merchants are still responsible for all fees assessed by their chosen third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Silver tier merchants enjoy 0% fees up to a predefined monthly GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) limit. Gold and Black tiers have uncapped 0% fees.
  • Maghgo reserves the right to audit transaction volume and require tier upgrades if limits are consistently exceeded.

3. Acceptable Use of Autonomous AI Bots

The Autonomous AI Bots provided by Maghgo are powerful tools intended to enhance customer experience. Merchants must adhere to the following acceptable use policies:

  • AI Bots must not be used to deceive, defraud, or mislead customers.
  • Merchants are responsible for the factual accuracy of the information the AI is trained on within their catalog.
  • AI Bots may not be used to generate spam, harass users, or scrape competitor data.
  • Maghgo implements safety guardrails on the AI output; attempting to "jailbreak" or bypass these safety filters will result in immediate account suspension.

4. API Usage Limits and Rate Limiting

To ensure platform stability for all tenants, Maghgo enforces strict API usage limits.

  • Free and Bronze tiers are subject to standard rate limiting suitable for normal storefront operations.
  • Silver and Gold tiers receive expanded API quotas for headless commerce and custom integrations.
  • Abusive polling, denial-of-service attempts, or inefficient API utilization may result in temporary throttling. Merchants are expected to implement standard caching and backoff strategies.

5. Termination

Maghgo reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the platform for violations of these Terms, illegal activities, or non-payment of subscription fees.
