About Maghgo

Commerce tools for stores, shoppers, and the people running them

Maghgo brings the merchant dashboard, Android app, store-specific storefronts, checkout, shopper conversations, and day-to-day store operations into one commerce platform. Merchants choose the tools and subscription families that fit their business.

A store and operations workspace

Merchants manage products, inventory, orders, coupons, QR links, storefront settings, and supported checkout methods from the web dashboard or Maghgo Business Android app. Store plans define catalog and published-page capacity.

Storefronts that shoppers can use

Each merchant has a public storefront with product discovery, product details, a cart, and checkout. Merchants can create and manage additional storefront pages within their plan limit. Shoppers can use voice search where their browser supports speech recognition and microphone access.

Store-scoped conversational shopping

A shopper can ask for product ideas, budget options, or available items while browsing one store. Recommendations and cart actions stay within that selected store. Gemini-powered chat and other eligible AI tools are part of the separate Maghgo AI subscription and depend on service configuration.

Merchant-configured payments

Stores can configure supported payment options such as Razorpay, Stripe, or Cashfree, alongside available manual methods such as cash on delivery, UPI, or bank transfer. The shopper sees the methods enabled by that merchant; provider accounts and approvals are required.

Separate subscriptions with separate limits

The e-commerce subscription pays for the store workspace. Maghgo AI is a separate subscription for eligible conversational and insight tools. Maghgo Verified is a separate membership for its published badge and marketplace placement features. Their prices and included features are shown on separate sections of the pricing page.

Custom domains and HTTPS

Eligible stores can connect a custom domain without an additional Maghgo subscription charge on Basic. Domain registration is paid to the domain registrar. Once the domain and DNS are verified, the storefront provider provisions HTTPS for the connected hostname.

How the parts fit together

The merchant manages one store catalog and its operations. A shopper enters that store through its storefront or supported channel, searches its products, adds items to that store’s cart, and checks out using the merchant’s enabled payment options. Store-aware AI can help with product discovery when configured; it does not combine catalogs from unrelated stores.

Privacy and account security

Maghgo uses authenticated account access and store-scoped data operations. Payment credentials are configured for the relevant provider, and payment status is checked through provider confirmation flows.
