What is Maghgo?

Maghgo is an ecommerce platform for small businesses in India. It provides a hosted online storefront, a web merchant dashboard, a Maghgo Business Android app, supported messaging workflows, checkout, order management, and optional AI features.

Does Maghgo have a web dashboard and Android app?

Yes. Merchants can manage the store through the Maghgo web dashboard or the Maghgo Business Android app. The official universal Android APK is published through Maghgo cloud storage. Download the Maghgo Business APK.

Does Maghgo have an AI-powered chatbot?

Yes. Maghgo has a natural-language merchant assistant that can use the authenticated merchant’s store context for supported questions and actions. Existing supported commands and business reports remain available. Gemini-powered chat requires an active Maghgo AI subscription and a configured Gemini service.

What AI and machine-learning features are available?

Maghgo includes Gemini product and campaign writing, reviewable storefront design suggestions, conversational chat, sales forecasting, inventory demand signals, customer segmentation, product recommendations, order and payment review signals, security sign-in anomaly analysis, and event-based automations. Are Maghgo AI, Maghgo Verified, and the e-commerce subscription the same plan?

No. E-commerce store capacity, Maghgo Verified merchant features, and Maghgo AI use separate subscription families. Paying for one family does not automatically enable the others. Check the current billing page for available plans and entitlements.

Which payment methods can a Maghgo merchant offer?

A merchant can configure supported storefront methods such as Razorpay, Stripe, Cashfree, cash on delivery, direct UPI, and bank transfer. Actual availability depends on merchant setup and gateway account eligibility. Platform subscription payments are separate from a merchant’s shopper checkout.

Can shoppers pay for recurring product subscriptions on a Maghgo store?

Maghgo currently supports subscriptions for merchant platform plans, but the shopper-facing storefront does not currently offer recurring product subscription billing.

Does Maghgo include physical-store POS and multi-location inventory?

Maghgo currently provides web and Android merchant tools, product-level stock tracking, order management, and delivery workflows. It does not currently provide a native retail POS register or multi-location stock allocation.

How should merchants review AI-generated content and insights?

Review generated product details, offers, and storefront design suggestions before publishing. Forecasts, segments, and payment or security signals are decision-support information; they do not prove fraud, guarantee future sales, or automatically approve a payment.

How does Maghgo handle customer and merchant data in AI insights?

Analytics and model requests are scoped to the merchant’s own store data. The analytics response documents pseudonymized customer grouping and states that catalog search queries are not persisted by search endpoints.
