Maghgo connects the merchant workspace to each shop’s storefront and catalog, then connects shopper discovery to that same shop’s cart, checkout, and order. AI, voice search, social channels, payments, coupons, QR links, merchant automations, and public search pages each support a step in that commerce flow.
Storefront and commerce data

Each public store route resolves to one merchant. Product grids, search results, cart items, checkout, and order creation stay scoped to that store. Basic has up to three published pages; Pro has up to 25; Business is capped at 150 by the page builder.
Shopper discovery
Typed search, supported browser voice search, and Maghgo AI shopping chat
Search and AI recommendations use the selected shop’s catalog. Shoppers can add an AI-recommended item to that shop’s cart and continue to its checkout. Gemini chat requires an active Maghgo AI entitlement and model configuration.
Conversation and social entry points
Supported WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and Telegram workflows; Facebook/Instagram catalog import
Connected channels and imported catalogs bring merchant products and store links into supported conversations. A shopper finishes payment through the merchant’s enabled store checkout; chat does not collect payment card details.

The merchant configures its available providers. Maghgo calculates order totals and coupon discounts on the server and verifies supported online payment results against the order before updating payment status. Provider approval, availability, and fees are separate.
AI, automation, and analytics

Maghgo AI is a separate plan family from store and Verified subscriptions. Generated content is reviewable; forecasts and risk signals depend on data and configuration. Payment-risk signals ask a merchant to review and do not change payment status automatically.
Public discovery and trust information
Store metadata, sitemap, structured data, pricing, privacy details, custom-domain HTTPS
Maghgo publishes crawlable pages that explain the platform and merchant-created public pages. After domain and DNS verification, the configured hosting provider provisions and renews the HTTPS certificate. Crawl signals do not guarantee search ranking or AI citations.
